Level 1: Embodiment Through Movement
A One-Year Embodied Training for Creative and Therapeutic Professionals

This specialized one-year training is designed for professionals working in creative, educational, and therapeutic disciplines, such as pedagogy, performing arts, music, psychotherapy, physiotherapy, coaching, dance, theatre, and more, who wish to deepen their creativity through embodied practice.
Level 1 of the Somatic Dialogue® Training offers a profound journey into embodiment, self-discovery, and creative exploration through the body. It is the first of three progressive levels in the newly evolved Somatic Dialogue® training pathway.
This updated program builds on the foundation of the original Somatic Dialogue Facilitator Training: a two-year course that was offered twice, resulting in 12 certified facilitators, with an additional 12 currently completing their apprenticeships.
Level 1: Embodiment Through Movement
Level 1 is thoughtfully designed for professionals seeking fresh inspiration within their existing practices. Rooted in experiential movement work, this immersive training invites participants to access the source of creativity through the intelligence of the moving body.
Focusing exclusively on movement and movement awareness, this level offers a transformative introduction to the Somatic Dialogue® method.
Throughout the year, participants will:

Receive guidance and support from the founder and a team of experienced instructors

Integrate somatic awareness into their professional and creative fields
Upon completion, participants receive a Level 1 Certificate.

Mentoring and Support
To ensure each participant is fully supported throughout the process, you will receive personalized mentoring in small group settings.
Before the start of the training, all participants will gather in a Zoom orientation session, where you’ll be introduced to the course structure, and have the opportunity to meet the other members and facilitators.
