Somatic Dialogue®
"When we work with ourselves we do not grow or develop or progress and get better and better… we just get closer to ourselves… really near and intimate until we can feel and see ourselves with acceptance and love.
Everything that we need is inside of us…"
"Somatic Dialogue is a gentle and intimate practice of body and mind in movement. It uses a soft and mindful approach to the body and enables the mind to accompany the body in a loving way, and be nourished by it.
Through guided dance improvisations and hands-on techniques, the participants can enter into an intimate dialogue with themselves and with the world surrounding them."

"Somatic Diyalogue is an experiential work with the body through movement and reflection. It can be done individually in a dialogue with a facilitator, or in little or medium size groups, still led by a facilitator or by two facilitators.
It is by nature a non-performative practice, which means it is not something to be presented as a dance product, but seeing and being seen is a very important part of the experience."
