Dear readers,
Dear friends near and far,
Today is Tuesday and I am starting my 22nd episode with a day’s delay. However I have been meditating a lot about what to write yesterday, while I was taking a long walk again in the forest. This time amongst the fields, where the hay has been cut, and the wheat was being collected. You may imagine the delightful summer smells and the little flowers slowly drying out but still very present.
I am now sitting in my studio while writing this blog and listening to Ryuichi Sakamoto’s OPUS album, which of course I need to share with you before I continue writing, it is really touching my heart right now 🙂
The forest’s embracing presence
My walk was so deep yesterday: on the haystacks were sitting buzzards (buteo buteo) carefully watching the movements on the cut and dry meadow, patiently waiting for the field mice to show their heads. It was an idyllic sight, and their stillness invited me to stay still and observe. Taking in this landscape suddenly filled me with the sensation of gratitude. This joy of gratitude started flowing in my body making me walk calmly but with a steady rhythm, and my mind slowed down and my heart opened: how lucky am I, I thought, that I am here, in this life, working in the studio, in touch with beautiful people: my colleagues, clients, friends… I allowed this sensation to wash the whole inside of myself.

Dear friends,
This blog is an end of season letter to all of you. We have completed this season with the feeling of wealth and depth in our hearts. A lot has happened. And a lot is happening still as we are fully preparing for the new season.
I would like to present my deepest thanks to all our clients, who have faithfully continued their private sessions, in person or online, who came to the workshops, who allowed me to accompany them. It has been such a heartwarming, at times also challenging process. Without you we cannot work, without your desire to go deeper we cannot develop the dialogue. Thank you!
What has happened?
A lot has happened during this last season.
We had and still have some beautiful group sessions and workshops, directed by my dear colleagues. I am very grateful for their presence at Limpid Works, they contribute to the variety of work and make the energy of the studio brighter and lovelier: Kateřina Ledvinková, Elif Bárta, Katrin Köhler, Steffen Böhme, Pedro Prazeres, Buse Özmen. Without you I would feel very lonely here. Thank you!
The Somatic Dialogue® Facilitator Training has completed its lessons! The long and intense period of 2 years is slowly coming to an end. Here also I had the honour and deep pleasure to collaborate with my dear two colleagues Beliz Demircioğlu İnanç and Kateřina Ledvinková. It has been a wonderful learning process for me to work with you both, a great support and a healthy challenge. Thank you!
I have had the great experience to work with an assistant this last year, a young talented dancer and artist who was the Facilitator training program’s assistant. And she continues to assist me in a lot of works. Zeynep’s presence and work is a pure delight. Thank you!
The new cycle of Facilitators are in their apprenticeship period. Some of them are based in Prague and sometimes also come to the studio to give their apprenticeship lessons. You have been a very resilient group. At times I was very challenged, pushed forward, your reactions made me reflect and go deep into myself, understand more about the learning process, about the mysteries of how we function. I am waiting to see your final reports with great curiosity, patiently and calmly. Thank you!
I am full of inspiration and aspirations for the new season: we have decided to change our structure a little bit, after 7 years, and of course you will soon hear about us. A lot of things stay as they are and some new paths are being added to our garden (metaphorically speaking) making it easier to access, and providing a little larger variety of plants to admire, smell and even taste.
Soon you will see our new Webpages :) There you will see all new projects for the next two years to come, from workshops here in Prague to other venues, online activities, community work, private and tailored workshops and training programs, our collaborations, etc… And of course this brings me to my dear colleague and faithful workpartner Güneş, who is currently working on it meticulously. I am infinitely grateful to her being such a caring, present and hard working partner. Thank you!
