Join an introductory transformative experience into your body and intuitive movement. Through the gentle but powerful method of Somatic Dialogue®, you’ll discover step by step your mind’s relationship with your body to provide clarity, regulation, and creative insight.
This is a program for beginners offering safe accompaniment at each step.

This course is suitable for beginners, even if you have never experienced this kind of somatic work before.
In this program you’ll develop:

What do you need?
A good internet connection, a little space where you feel good to move in, possibility to move on the floor, privacy so that you can concentrate and have time for yourself. You'll need to make sure that the sound of your computer is good, and if not maybe use a little speaker, so that you can hear the music well.
Berrak Yedek will be following you through the screen, the lessons will be recorded, videos will not be kept, audio recordings will serve as an archive, and you will be able to access the audio recording for further self-practice.
Participants will not see each other. You will be in your safe space, guided by Berrak and accompanied by music.
You may commit to all three or one at a time, depending on your pace.
